Cincinnati, OH. - COLTRANE, Kathline (nee Johnson) - Beloved mother of Libby (Valerie Lynn Cloud) Sandy, Bob (Sharon) Coltrane, Karin (Richard) Burwinkel, and the late Millie (Johnny) Colson; Loving grandmother of Dawn (Mike) Norris, Randy Colson, Kenny (Lisa) Sandy, Annie (Dean) Welch, Robbie Coltrane, Nick Coltrane, Mike Coltrane, Jenni Burwinkel, Chrissy (Bob) Halker, Cheryl Burwinkel, Adam Burwinkel, Kevin Burwinkel, the late Bryan Burwinkel and John Colson Jr.; Dear great grandmother of 12; Caring sister of Charles Otis Cleveland, Eleanor Benhase, George Frank Johnson, Teddy Bear Johnson, Chase Johnson, Albert Johnson, Linda Newsome, Elizabeth Maggard, Barbara Chandler, the late Vineta Copeland, Asa Kiser, Talmadge Johnson, Ferell Johnson, and Roy Johnson. Residence Cincinnati and more recently Columbus Colony Elderly Care. Mrs. Coltrane retired from the US Postal Service after more than 20 years. She was well known as an expert seamstress and quilter. She also enjoyed teaching sign language at her church and for interpreters in training. Mrs. Coltrane passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2005 at the age of 80. Funeral services was held on Thursday, September 1, 2005 at 10:00 am at the Friendship Baptist Church, 8580 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati, OH 45239.
