This picture of the new senior citizens housing for the deaf, hard of hearing, and blind/deaf named the Cedar Spring Place near the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind.  The building will be completed in a few months.  I want to tell all of you who filled out the survey forms and mailed them to Ben Jackson of Cave Spring, GA before October 2006, please redo the survey form again because the Housing Authority from Aiken, SC named Hawthorne Welcher, who is responsible for the deaf, hard of hearing and blind/deaf senior citizens, doesn’t have all of the old forms that had been filled out before October 2006.  You can get the survey forms from South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind, myself, or from SCAD.  SC School for the Deaf and the Blind, Attn: Debbie Bruce, 355 Cedar Springs Road, Spartanburg, SC 29302.  My name and address is Richard Price, 530 E.
