One of our goals at SCAD is to make sure there is accessible communication for everyone at the 2011 SCAD Conference, including English to ASL interpreting, ASL to English interpreting and special services needed for Deaf-Blind participants. As you know, this conference poses many challenges for accessibility. The interpreting needs are significant.
We have asked interpreting agencies and individual interpreters in South Carolina to consider donating their interpreting services during the course of the conference.
