RULES

1. You must be deaf. If your partner is hearing, he/she must be immediately family and be able to communicate in ASL.
2. Limit 5 bass over 12 inches in length for each participant. Lunker shall be over 15 inches in length. In case of tie, breaker will be based on: 1) length 2) number of fish 3) split 50-50.
3. Dead Lunker shall not count for lunker prize.
4. Based on team totals, all who catch legal fish shall receive cash prize.
5. Four (4) ounce penalty for each dead fish.
6. Must be 16 years of age and have a valid S.C. fishing license.
7. Weigh-in. Every minute late, deduct 8 ounces each fish up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes disqualified unless you can prove you had problems.
8. No live bait or trolling permitted.
9. Life Jacket must be worn while motoring.
10. Must have whistle or horn in case of emergency.
11. If you plan to file a protest, you must contact tournament chairman within 30 minutes from finish time. There will be a $25 deposit fee for each protest. Should you win the protest, your deposit will be refunded. SCBAD officers and the tournament chairman will oversee the protest and make a ruling accordingly.
12. SCBAD will NOT be held responsible for theft or accidents.
13. SCBAD is a CATCH AND RELEASE ORGANIZATION.
14. Be a GOOD SPORTSMAN AND FISH SAFELY.
